Once we receive the original glasses and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and send you the new pair as per your request.
Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs for general returns or exchanges. However, if the glasses are defective or there was an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or exchange.
